Seminary At Our House!

This past weekend was spent getting our basement ready to hold Early Morning Seminary class here. The house we had been holding it at had a neighbor that was a little grumpy, so to avoid conflict, they decided to move it to our house. We had to make room for about 22 desks, hang pictures, and hang an 8 foot white board. The foosball table had to be moved to the storage room, but I think we'll get over it. Jack thinks the desks are pretty cool and he can't wait to go to Seminary someday.

There are about 20 kids who arrive at 6am each school morning to study the New Testament. Some of them get up at 4:30 to get ready and make it here on time. Very impressive! Mike is the teacher, and this is his fourth year teaching. It has been great to have the class here, and there is a really nice feeling when you walk into the basement and see a lot of pictures of the Savior and the Apostles. I can hear the kids singing hymns every morning, and it makes my day! We have such great youth, it is a pleasure to have them in our home everyday!
