Jack is "Pumped!"

Jack received his insulin pump last week and he is now hooked up and going on it! He is excited to not have to get shots anymore! He has a little needle hooked to tubing inserted into his backside, and it hooks up to the pump. It is about the size of an average cell phone, and it just fits into his pocket. He programs his insulin amounts in and it does all the work. He can detach it to swim or play sports, so that is good since he is an active little guy. It is a pretty expensive little gadget, but thankfully we have great insurance.
